WiFi with an exclamation mark bluetooth does not work either there is an assumption that this is a telegram bot

Wireless Diagnostics. Press and hold the Option key on your keyboard while clicking Wi-Fi  in Control Center or the menu bar, then choose Open Wireless Diagnostics from the menu. Learn more about using Wireless Diagnostics to analyze your wireless environment.

If you are still having issues, can you provide a few more details? What happens when you attempt to connect to Wi-Fi? Have you tested with multiple networks? What happens when you attempt to pair something via Bluetooth? What are you trying to pair? Can you also verify your exact macOS version?
