delete Install macOS Monterey.app

I have macbook MacBook Pro (Retina, Early 2015) with macOS High Sierra

I just found out that in my applications I have "Install macOS Monterey.app" that takes 12.19 GB

Is that okay if I just delete it?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Then empty the trash and restart.
