Custom Group Text Tone

Would like to add a Unique Text Tone to a group text message.

I am able to "Hide Alerts" in a specific group.

The next line under "Hide Alerts" should be "Alert Tone for this Group"

Seems a bit obvious and would be very useful.

I've figured out how to edit groups but when I choose "wallpaper & sound>Alert tone", in WhatsApp, I just get a short list of Apple "alert tones" which is not even the full list of available Apple sounds for text message alerts. Now, like many, I have crafted some instantly recognisable "alert tones" for text messaging but cannot seem to be able to get to then from WhatsApp. What's occurring?

whatsapp group notifications I have paid for and downloaded a tone I want to use on a particular group within Whatsapp but I can't work out how to assign it - it is not on the very limited list of alert tones it gives me to choose from. Can anyone help?

Group Chat Alert Tone? Just a quick question. Can I download and apply a ringtone to a group chat? Or just individual people OR 'default'?
