Music folder not recognized

I recently did a clean install to upgrade to Monterey from Big Sur. I saved my home folder to an external drive. I moved my Music folder from the external drive to my new home folder in Monterey. When I open Music now none of my library songs appear, only what I have in iCloud appears. I have included screens shots of the file structure and settings. It seems that when I open up Music it deletes my music library that I moved from my external drive and creates a new one with only my iCloud songs. I have tried deleting and re-adding, deleting plists, nothing is working....Any help would be greatly appreciated! So annoying!

After restoring your Music folder from external drive see Repair security permissions for iTunes/Music for Mac - Apple Community and check permissions are OK. Then hold down option when launching Music and use the choose option to select the restored .musiclibrary database. It should open with all of your content, playlists, etc.
