I keep adding a debit card because the expiration date changed. And it keeps defaulting back to the old expiration date. I’ve removed and reinstalled it 6 times. Abe spoke to my bank. It’s the phone!!
Try this -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
