I cannot get my reminders to synch on all three devices, MacBook Pro, iPhone 12, and iPad.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to resolve this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.12

Try turning off and back on Reminders in iCloud on each device and see if it kicks in the syncing process.
