Only Macs from 2012 or older (that do NOT have USB-C porte either) can NOT start up while holding:
Option, Command, and R keys held down at startup.
You hold them down until you get a unique picture, such as a spinning globe or a Utilities screen.
The code to support this function is in the computer's ROM, and can not be erased.
Restart with the Option, Command, and R keys held down. If your computer's model or firmware is too old for that function, you need a physical disk.

Restart from the recovery system or install disk you used to erase the system and install a fresh OS.

Do you have any other macOS Devices that you could use to create an install drive?
Well that won't do it erased recovery partition.
Tried that just get question mark. I erased both partitions both the data and the Recovery disc. The computer has just a USB C port, that’s it.
Tried that no help.
