(2022) Microsoft verifying every time program opens

Hello, I've found multiple versions of this question but the two best answers did not work:

Allowing full disk access

And, right-clicking out of finder to giver permission

Currently it take 10+ minutes to verify and often needs a force quit and multiple attempts.

OS and apps are up-to-date.

Any advice would be great, thanks!

"unauthorized" !! automated!!! self-auto-launch of Verifying arbitrary files, and no way to stop that process... nor any help pages explaining this. i opened a simple movie file, and the process of verifying starts. and then even gets stuck all the time as well. i just clean installed a new mojave system as well. it starts thos unauthorizez autolaunched "Cancer" app on its own, althought all firewalls are off, and all other options in that security sys prefs are turned off. it does it with mp4's.mov's. etc etc, which worked well just a few days ago, also with raw files from my cannon, it simply randomly pickes any kind of files and starts this process. i also dumped all the apps into the private tab, to let them have full disk access, (as if i were interested in blocking my apps from opening their own files,... who would want that anyway,.... ) but nothing helps.

Verifying MS Office and other 3rd party software Any time MS updates office (which we all know is very frequent) Apple verifies the programs Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint, which takes up to 5 Minutes. It does the same with other 3rd party software. More than annoying; what can I do to stop ?

My personal experience with this is it's a Microsoft problem. You need to chat with MS or ask on a MS community.
