I have used the service on iTunes Store and I have requested a refund for me and the iTunes Store has confirmed the refund to my Visa and now I check my bank but I have not received the payment. money that I have paid before.

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for bank cards. Click here for more information.


If the one used is no longer valid or it's already been that long, ask your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
