Do you Part: Let Apple know what exactly if occurring here. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what issues exist, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.

How to Report this to Apple:

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: that on when you came across this issue, and how you have troubleshot it this far. Include the URL of this post.
4. Proceed from there as necessary
