Shazams from Apple Watch not saved in App

Hey there,


Whenever I Shazam songs on my Apple Watch, they do not get saved in the Shazam App, neither on my phone, nor on the watch itself, nor in my Shazam.com account. I do get notifications on my watch that the songs are recognized, but they are not saved.


Interestingly enough, though, today I noticed that they do show up in the Notification Center on my iPhone. They are just not saved in the app or account.

Hi oso_01, We appreciate you reaching out to us. We understand that songs that you Shazam on your Apple Watch doesn't reflect on your Shazam app or Shazam account.

First, we recommend updating your devices if you haven’t. 

While it isn't inherently assured that an update will resolve the issue, updating to the latest version of iOS and watchOS can help isolate potential software issues. 

Kindly secure a backup and update.

Also, let's make sure that your Shazam app is up to date.


If your devices are already up to date, we recommend that you unpair your devices, then pair them back again.
