Portrait Monitor view for iPad pro?

Is there a portrait monitor available that can rotate the iPad video signal so that I can draw and have it display vertically on the portrait monitor?

IPad ios does not allow rotatation of the external monitor signal like desktops do.

This is not a feature of iOS/iPadOS.
