Buzzing and mild electric tingling (grounding issue?) while using sensitive wired headphones with M1 Pro

When using sensitive wired headphones (Sony MDR1-AM2) or IEMs (Fiio FH3, Fiio FD1) while the M1 Pro is plugged with the magsafe and the battery is at 100% I can hear buzzing when scrolling through webpages. The buzzing is more obvious when interacting with graphic elements on the webpages.

I tested using 2 grounded charging cables and multiple wall plugs (grounded and ungrounded) around the house and in an office building.

The most unpleasant part is that, when I am in calls (skype, google meet) and the CPU is used intensely, I can feel tingling in my ears when using the IEMs (both of them) from the electricity and once I have actually been shocked in my left ear.

I tried it with a colleague's M1 Pro and I noticed the same buzzing (did not have a chance to try any call apps to see I I can feel the same electrical tingling in my ears).

If I use an USBC cable and a 65W charger, the buzzing is reduced but still there.

I tried it with an M1 Air and with a 2019 Intel Macbook Pro, but I do not notice any buzzing.

Should I be worried? Could this be a grounding issue with the M1 Pro? This is the first laptop that I have used where I noticed this issue.
