iPhone silicone case is soo slippery to hold

Will my new iPhone expensive silicone case get less slippy ; literally slides in my hands hands which when typing is not good and worried I’ll drop it. Why is it so slippy ; surely a design fault but at £49!!! Think I’ve made a mistake purchasing

that is the nature of silicone, you can get many cases of less slippery material
