Numbers on Mac

Greetings,

I had a quick question concerning Numbers. I have a column of verbal components that have corresponding values in rows. I would like each individual component to display a 1 paragraph sized description should I drag my cursor over. Can this be done? Additionally, can it be done with numerical inputs? Thank you.

Best,

Sean

Do you mean you want to hover over a cell and see a description pop up?

You could try inserting comments, though I'm not sure they're really designed for that.

To insert a comment, click a cell and then select Comment from the Toolbar, or choose Comment from the Insert menu, or type shift-command-k.
