AutoCAD 2022 and macOS Monterey

Hello there Apple Communities!

A friend of mine tried to install AutoCAD 2022 in a MacBook Air (early 2015 model). He is a Engineer that requires AutoCAD to review draftings, technical squematics and material like that and also a novice to the Mac world. When he tried to install the official installer in his Mac, he could no change the permisions in the folder required to do so (I dont really know first hand the issue). Also, a folder in the Library could not be modified to change the permissions and allow the install. It is there a Terminal command that could fixate that odd behavior (that Air got just a fresh install of Monterey). We seek information in the Autodesk forums to not avail....:(
