Your only option is to get your phone fixed.

Given the fact that it is probably already disabled due to incorrect passcode attempts, it's safe to say that any data on the phone that was not already backed up or synced to the cloud is gone.

This is why it's important to back it up on a regular basis.

You need to back it up before something goes catastrophically wrong, not after.

You can also go to a Third Party repair shop and repair your iPhone there! :)

What country are you in?

I don't really approve the recommended answer, as it does very little to actually try and understand the problem. There are things you can try if your screen is only partially broken. Is the display turning on (i.e. you can see your locked screen background image)? Is it partially responsive (i.e. some areas of the screen work)?
