emoji out of control from my magic keyboard

Since Apple no longer has real customer service (I feel so stupid for buying Apple Care) I have to ask here since Apple cannot understand that I'm using an iMac desktop computer and not a phone no matter who many times I tell them.

My trouble is these stupid emojis that pop up when I'm typing and take over the screen. I don't know how I'm launching them but I want ALL EMOJIS AND SMILEY FACES DELETED TRASHED DESTROYED they always always pop up when I'm writing an angry complaint with a gov't agency and can't rid myself of them. All I get from stupid Apple is someone listening to me then transferring me out of the country where they can only repeat my complaint back to me as if I didn't know already.

So this technically has to do with my keyboard yet another item Apple assumes doesn't exist
