Apple one

If you change from individual plans to apple one with family plan what happens to all the music I have and all the stuff in current iCloud storage

The music libraries will be retained as long as you don't cancel the individual subscriptions first. See the footnote at the end of the 'First, set up Family Sharing' section in:

Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support

"If someone in the family group already has an individual or student subscription to Apple Music, renewal of that subscription is automatically canceled when they join the family group."

and follow the steps in:

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
