Secure Input Mode preventing Keyboard Maestro from typing text in a macro

As suggested in another thread, here is the report from EntreCheckPro. Any idea why my Mac Mini has this issue while my MacBook Pro 2021 is running the same macro without issue?

I think this is a bug. this on Macbook M1 Pro, if I press fn+F5 nothing happens if I revert "function keys" to "special function keys" dictation key works just fine. am I doing something wrong?

How to disable Third-party input method popup in Monterey? Hello people, I use two custom keyboard layouts (English and Russian) and switch between them using a hotkey via Keyboard Maestro. After the upgrade to Monterey, it became unusable - every input source change leads to a security notification popup: “Keyboard Maestro Engine” would like to enable third-party input method “Programmer Dvorak”. Keyboard Maestro uses the system API, so it is definitely not on their side. I cannot find how can I make a layout "trusted" somehow. Do you know if it is possible to get rid of the notification?

I used the Interactive Help in Keyboard Maestro and discovered that I had not enabled the macro! Duh!
