How to disable Third-party input method popup in Monterey?

Hello people,

I use two custom keyboard layouts (English and Russian) and switch between them using a hotkey via Keyboard Maestro. After the upgrade to Monterey, it became unusable - every input source change leads to a security notification popup:

“Keyboard Maestro Engine” would like to enable third-party input method “Programmer Dvorak”.

Keyboard Maestro uses the system API, so it is definitely not on their side.

I cannot find how can I make a layout "trusted" somehow. Do you know if it is possible to get rid of the notification?

You should still ask them. It's quite possible they need some update for Monterey.

Do you have any problem switching layouts using the methods provided by Apple, like Control Space or the Fn/Globe key?

The global key seems to work without a notification

I would think that if Keyboard Maestro were really just invoking the same API as the globe key, there would be no popup then. You might mention that to them.
