How can i make apoiment with apple store

I'd suggest trying to contact Apple support first (link is in the upper right hand corner). If you want help connecting to the internet, you need to be in a location where you have internet (your home) and will be using the Mac there. If you go to the store, they can connect you using the store's internet but that will not help you at home since you need to connect to your own internet service provider.

You can also try to tell us details - who is your Internet provider? Do you have an account with them? Do you have your modem and/or router set up and connected?
