cancel the subscription but still got charged

Hi I canceled my subscription for Caixin Express yearly, but still got charged. And when I opened the active link in my Subscription, I cannot see the cancel button. Could you please double check the issue for me and can I get refund for this year's subscription fee?

if you can’t see the cancel subscription option that means the subscription is already canceled!
