when someone leaves me a voicemail I don’t receive it right away, it comes hours after. I’ve tried rebooting, resetting the network connections, checking the cellular data, notifications & called T-Mobile who did a voicemail reset & still nothing. HELP… please!!

You'll need to call T-mobile again and speak to someone higher up who can help, voicemail is their feature.
