Can't join Podcasts

When I try, it says complete verification of Apple ID....... but its old and well established, tried another but this time new, same message.

Activate Your Apple ID - Podcast Connect I'm having trouble with Apple Podcast Connect recognizing my Apple I'd. It tells me to finish Activating my Apple id before I can use Podcast Connect. I believe I've done everything I'm supposed to, add payment method etc. Per the help article but 48hrs later it still isn't working. Anyone have this happen and know how to fix? Apparently Apple chat isn't working either so I can't get support that way.

Actually says complete activation not verification
