Is it enough to have just one phone number and device (Mine) on Two Factor Authentication to sign in my Apple ID? Especially before getting a new iPhone

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 15

The "two" Two-Factor Authentication doesn't refer to the number of devices you have. It refers to the number of factors you need to log into your Apple ID. In this case, the factors are your Apple ID password and a six-digit number that is transmitted to you by Apple.

That being said, if your only Apple device is your iPhone, you should add a phone number (work, landline, trusted friend) to your account in the event that something happens to your phone.
