Apple is not allowing me to use the App Store or apple

I canceled some some subscriptions that I canceled through my bank therefore I’ve been blocked for using my debit card for any and access to App Store and itunes

help hi, my bank has blocked me being able to download any apps on appstore as they were taken charges out of my account for itunes/apple payments that shouldn’t have been coming out as all my apps are free and i cancelled my subscriptions last year.
