iPhone 13 Pro Max MagSafe - safe to put a key fob on phone?

I just got an iPhone 13 Pro Max and am new to MagSafe. My work office uses a key fob for entry that is a sticker that goes on the back of my phone. If I put this sticker on the back of my phone, will the magsafe magnets interfere with the key fob and cause the key fob to stop working?

That depends on whether it is a magnetic key fob or an NFC key fob. If it’s NFC (like touchless credit cards) it’s safe. But if it’s metal it might interfere with MagSafe charging. So it’s slightly more complicated, and it might be best to test it without actually sticking it to the phone until you verify that it works.

And also see if it triggers the NFC in the phone (although if it was designed to go on the back of a phone that’s probably been accounted for).
