CallerID is missing in Phone section of iPhone 12 ProMax. How to get it back?

Spectrum uses Verizon's network. Verizon has never given iPhone users the ability to turn Caller ID on or off from the phone setting. You need to dial a short code. Or call customer service.

Yes. Show my Caller ID no longer exists. This is true for another person with similar iPhone.
Who is your carrier? Did you recently change carriers?
Are these work phones or do yo have a work email on it?
One phone uses Verizon and another Spectrum. Neither had recent carrier changes.
Both phones are personal but the owner of the phone with Verizon wants to work from home but needs to turn off CallerID.
