How do I update the iOS TV App's MLB Notification favorite team preferences?

When Apple announced they were integrating the TV app with MLB game standings I received a notification which suggested I select some of my favorite teams to receive game time notifications for. Thinking I could update the teams I selected later, I liberally chose several teams. Now I receive multiple back to back notifications on game days that say something along the lines of "TV - Reds at Cardinals" or "TV - Pirates at Rockies" and I can't figure out where in settings I need to go to update my favorite teams.

I know I can turn off notifications in Settings > TV > Notifications > Customize Notifications > Featured Sports, but I don't want to turn them off. I just want to update my preferences. Where can I update my preferences for which teams I'd like to be notified about?

N.B. This is for the iOS app (and subsequently watchOS) notifications. I don't own an Apple TV hardware device.
