How to use Apple ID in iTunes Store

On what device?
On a Mac, go the account menu of the Music App, and sign in with your Apple ID.
On an iPhone or iPad, sign in at Settings->Account(top of settings)->Media & Purchase and sign in.
Once signed in, the Apple ID is automatically used to make purchases and download items.
