was working flawlessly before fully resetting my Macbook with a fresh setup without restoring any Time Machine backup
during the setup, i was able to sign on my Apple ID
but when done & looking at the settings in iCloud my keychain was off, & cannot turn it on
same with Messages app, n ot able to sign in Apple ID because not able to add 2FA
same issue now on my iphone with Keychain, cannot activate the feature
all fixed now after resetting the recovery email & questions I was able to retake full control of iCloud
finally got the keychain reactivated

Try signing out of iCloud and sign back in. Also your rescue email address is unverified.
was thinking to do that but
I'm afraid to sign out because all my iCloud infos are on both devices now
only keychain cannot be activated on Macbook & iPhone
before resetting my macbook & installing the new MacOS 12.4, keychain was working flawlesly
as a test, i tried to log to myappleid.com & im also blocked right away because not have the 2FA
Signing out won't affect what's in iCloud, it will still be there when signing back in.
