trying to back up photos on broken iphone
my phone screen is broken and black but its still on. Im trying to back up my pictures but its not syncing

If you sync with iCloud photos and haven't restarted the device leave it plugged in while on WiFi overnight to initiate a backup.
If you sync with your computer, and haven't restarted the device since your last sync, you may be able to backup by connecting the phone to your computer by cable.
Otherwise, your data is irrecoverable.
