Disabled Apple ID for purchase on iTunes and App Sotre

I wanted to know why my apple id has been disabled to make purchases on iTunes and App Store?

Also I cannot change my payment method. Is there any ways to fix the issue? My apple id was working fine till 25 May 2022 (GMT 5:45) now all of a sudden this message popped up saying "You cannot login because your account has been locked"

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
