Is it possible to download Kindle Create to an IPad 12. 9 Pro tablet or do I need a computer/laptop..

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. You can use a Mac with Kindle Create, but it is not compatible with an iPad. The system requirements are:
- RAM - 8 GB recommended, 4 GB minimum
- Processor - 1.2 GHz minimum, 2 GHz recommended
- Windows 8.1 (64-bit) or later for PC (64-bit) running on Intel or AMD CPUs
- macOS 10.15 (64-bit) or later for Mac
