its saying my Mac book isn't compatable what do I do I'm trying to upgrade it from high Sierra .

likely the hardware of your macbook do not meet the hardware requirements of the macos version you are attempting to install

Is this issue related to User Profile MacBook Pro 17″, macOS 10.13

If Yes, am pretty sure High Sierra is the last version this computer Qualifies to run.

Notation - Mojave is the Last version to support 32 bit applications / extensions and Drivers. Catalina, Big Sur & Monterey supports only 64 bit and there is no workaround.
