Why is my account disabled from app store and itune store?

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", contact Apple Support for help.

You need to update your payment information.

👉 Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.

On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.

Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes is there mothered to activate it quick because this method is going on cereals and cereals for years for me now & i can't use my apps to do work. please assist me on this matter.
