cracked screen(front side)

Dear ladies and gentlemen


I’m writing you from the country of Georgia regarding an accident which broke my phone’s screen. 


I purchased my iPhone 13 Pro Max in the USA and own it since the 22nd of December 2021. Since day one my phone has been in an Apple case and was very carefully taken care of.


Yesterday it slipped out of my pocket which led to a broken screen (find pictures attached below). 


I have hardware coverage on the phone. Therefore, I’d like to ask wether it would be possible to change the screen? It was a very unpleasant accident, I can’t understand how just a single slip out of the pocket could lead to breaking the strongest iPhone screen yet. I’d be pleased if this issue could be solved soon.

This is a user forum, you are not addressing apple here  just  fellow users


 the warranty would only be valid in usa so if it still have warranty you need to go back to usa

otherwise you will have to pay for a screen replacement


you can try contacting apple Support ->  Get Support (apple.com)


and or give them feedback -> Product Feedback - Apple
