Purchase of a device

I bought a cell phone over the internet and picked it up at the store, the attendant told me that the invoice for the device was going to arrive in my email, until today it hasn't arrived, how do I get another note?

I need to retrieve an invoice which is older than 18 months old and it doesn't appear in my account This is so simple yet so frustrating. How do I get an invoice from January 2020 for an iPhone I purchased?!?!?! I have an email from way back then to pick up the phone from the apple store but no invoice is attached to that email. Please help!!!! I've tried using the self service options but it won't list that phone. I tried entering the invoice number and all details it asks for but just get this stupid answer:

A store or an Apple retail store?

If it was an iPhone from an Apple retail store, then Contact Customer Support by phone or chat:
