My Email won’t work

My email hasn’t been working for awhile, by that I mean I haven’t been receiving Emails except when I use find my or buy something. When I try to reset my password in something, or anything like that it doesn’t show up. Not even in my junk! Please, help! Also this problem is in BOTH devices I just have to chose one. I even went on settings> mail and everything was normal. I will provide a picture.
