iphone 13 static
My Iphone 13 (with and without airpods) has static on calls but podcasts and music sound great. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi CherCana,
By determining that the static issue only happens on phone calls, and with a headset also, you've isolated to the cellular network, if you're making voice calls with the Phone app.
Before contacting your carrier see if there is a carrier update available:
1. Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
2. Tap Settings > General > About.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.

Next, try removing and then reinserting the SIM card, if you have a physical SIM for that line.
Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone - Apple Support
Lastly, note where you are located when the static happens, and if it's right away, or after a certain time. This information can be helpful for your cellular provider.
One other thought, if you have Wi-Fi calling available, see if a Wi-Fi call will help to alleviate the static:
