CRM/Database for Macbook Pro M1 Max

I recently purchased the new 16" Macbook Pro M1 Max computer and am looking for a CRM/database to replace the older Bento Software I have been using for years (not compatible with a 64 bit computer). I have looked at multiple programs, Zoho, Hub spot and now Infoflow, but am having a terrible time importing the data from Bento into all of them.

I'd really like a CRM that is NOT cloud based. I have a small data set of less the 1K contacts and don't want to get stuck in a subscription series where I'm continuously paying for something I don't need. Infoflow does offer that but it's Microsoft based and while I did purchase and install Parallels Desktop to have both Mac and Microsoft on my computer as directed, it has been an incredible struggle to import the data and their tech support has been VERY limited (and not all that patient!). They will not help with the install and instead want me to pay 199/hr support fee to determine if I can use the product.

Is there anything out there that is Mac based that will give me a basic CRM function? I am a sole proprietor and do not need a complex CRM.
