I have a problem with no content in the Mac emails and my Version is Monterey 12.4. Any idea what's up?

Try restarting in Safe Mode, and then restart normally again.

Did you check your Mail Accounts setting accounting to https://www.gmass.co/blog/verizon-email-settings/ and copy those settings in Mail to see if that works?
