I don't see create new folder on my Mac? It's not showing where it should. Please help

I don't see the tab on my mack for create a new folder

iMac 24″, macOS 12.4

  1. Shift+cmd+N in Finder.
  2. Control-click on your Desktop or in a Finder Window and choose New Folder from the secondary menu
  3. Click the circled ellipsis icon ⋯⃝ on the Finder Window toolbar and choose New Folder.
    1. If missing, then select Finder View menu > Customize Toolbar… and drag/drop the Action tool back on your Finder Window toolbar.
