iphone 11 is overheating

Hello,

So last week my iphone started getting really hot to the touch. I have made sure that I am running the latest IOS 15.4.1, I have done a factory rest on my phone, I make sure to always clear (swipe up) all my apps so they are never running in the background, I keep the screen brightness pretty low and am still having issues with my phone being hot to the touch.

iPhone 11, iOS 15
