I just purchased this new Mac but no instructions came with it. Where can I get a hardcopy?

Click Apple menu () > About This Mac > Support tab. There you'll find clickable buttons for

macOS Help, the User Manual for your computer and additional macOS Support.

EDIT - Hard copies are not available, but everything is available on line.

Also, there are many books available on the subject. For example

If you google search the subject you'll find piles of books. 🙂
