Apple Watch cable.

Hi I am wondering if the Apple Watch charging cable size changes with the size of the Apple Watch. For example, if I buy an Apple Watch 45mm then I buy an Apple Watch 41mm, will the 2 charging cables be the same size, and if they are the same size, will they be compatible with the Apple Watch that is the different size of the Apple Watch it came with.
