Have you tried using iCloud.com/Find My Phone?

Find My Phone - Lock and track your device using Lost Mode. *

Find My Phone - If your device is lost or stolen. *

If you do manage to locate it, whatever you do, no NOT attempt to retrieve it. You could be putting yourself in grave danger. Report the theft to the police and let them handle it.
