I get a new phone. But my apple ID is with Bulgarian phone number. Now i am in USA and i can’t verification my account.

I get a new phone. But my apple ID is with Bulgarian phone number. Now i am in USA and i can’t verification my account. If i try re-download my apps is inpossible because of that… any suggestions ?
