I cannot delete apps such as reminders, messages, maps, and other Apple created apps from my computer. They are constantly asking me for a password for my email account and I can't do anything about it. I am SO ANNOYED that I just want them off of my computer entirely.

As dialabrain said, you can't delete them, but no, there is also no reason why they would ask you for your password.
If you don't use them, make sure that they are unchecked in Internet Accounts.
Go to System Preferences->Internet Accounts, select your account (iCloud, Google or whatever) and uncheck Reminders, Stocks, etc.

I am talking about this; there are also other options further down, not shown in the screenshots like Stocks and Home.
This is from my iCloud account, but similar options exist for Google or Exchange accounts.
Sorry. I always forget about the iCloud account. However, only Mail, Contacts, Calendars & Notes appear in my GMail accounts. Reminders does show in my Yahoo & AOL accounts.
Maps and Apple Music does not appear in anything.
You cannot delete the apps included with macOS.
